    Jayme is a leader. She is the type of person anyone should want on their team. Jayme is able to create an atmosphere and environment that is cohesive and supportive while still understanding the need for metrics, KPIs, and accountability. She is open to change when it happens (even when it happens unexpectedly). She is unflinchingly positive. That attitude makes an enormous difference -- not just on her own actions, but on the actions of her teams.

    But the main thing about Jayme is that it usually never gets to the bad points in the first place -- she creates such an amazing atmosphere and curates such an amazing group of people that conflicts are few and far between. Jayme is not the type of leader who would blame failure on her team.
